Personal Background: Pam's a Davenport, Iowa, native who graduated from Drake University with a journalism degree. She also completed the Institute of Association Management held at Notre Dame University. In 2009, Pam was honored with the Vantus Bank/NAWBO-CI Women Business Owner of the Year Award for longtime service for NAWBO, mentoring of women and community involvement. In1993, Pam was recipient of the U.S. Small Business Administration's Women in Business Advocate of the Year Award in Iowa and a President's Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners. She's an active patient care and administrative volunteer with Hospice of Central Iowa.
